The other day, I got thinking.. how would it be if we went back to days with no stoves to cook on? Would we city-goers and city-dwellers be able to survive? Would we be able to eat just raw food and water, and survive? Nowadays, raw food intrigues me the most. I bought raw cocoa the other day, and have since been trying to use it in various dishes other than hot chocolate. This turned out well for an experiment, I’d say.

  1. 200 grams broccoli florets, minced
  2. 75 gm raw cocoa powder
  3. 75-100 gm almond meal
  4. 1 tspn corn starch
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Extra virgin olive oil
  7. 1/2 a bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  8. ½ a bunch of mint leaves, finely chopped
  9. 75 gm of finely chopped raw mango

–          In a mixing bowl, add the minced broccoli, almond meal, cocoa and corn starch, season, make patties on the griddle with a tspn on olive oil

–          For the dip, in a bowl mix a 2 tbspn of coconut cream with a tspn of low-fat yogurt;

–          Add the greens and green mango and stir well, season and serve cold with warm patties
